The truth is that bypassing the order will become quite easy through technical means, TPB has issued instructions on how to circumvent blocks from other ISPs, which include signing up to OpenDNS, or to get people to sign up to a VPN service. Those not knowledgeable enough, will simply migrate to one of the hundreds of other services that do exactly the same thing as the Pirate Bay does. Then we are back to the game of whack-a-mole. But perhaps the saddest part of the ruling is that it should serve as a reminder of the utter failure in the “War on Piracy”."
