Reading for next week: Chapter 13 (Abbe Brown) in Edwards and Waelde

The chapter on competition and the Internet is important - to be read alongside the introduction by Nihoul and Rodford to the competition framework for telecoms introduced in 2002, and the roaming case before the ECJ which was included with your LW652 reading list.
Consider: is competition likely to replace sectoral regulation for communications? What are the limits of competition-based approaches? You can read a special issue of the journal 'info' that deals with these issues (ask me to help you access).
